The process of national and state development is concerned about the formation of national bourgeoisie. If the people don’t realize the need of proper conditions for its development, the society will be never transformed into the valuable nation, and won’t be able to create effective, powerful, and creative state. The problem of national bourgeoisie creation is very critical for Ukraine. Lack of ability of Ukrainian nation to create national bourgeoisie let Ukrainians, who have their own territory, language, culture, traditions, not to create national state and for the last three centuries Ukraine was a colony of different empires.
