| DECLARATION OF COALITION OF POLITICAL PARTIES “NATIONAL PARLIAMENT” |
| We believe that election of truly national parliament in Ukraine is endangered by the existence of electoral barriers, which cause unfair elections and make them unconstitutional. It means that approximately 5 million Ukrainian citizens were not politically represented in the Verchovna Rada of Ukraine. |
