DECLARATION OF COALITION OF POLITICAL PARTIES “NATIONAL PARLIAMENT”
We believe that election of truly national parliament in Ukraine is endangered by the existence of electoral barriers, which cause unfair elections and make them unconstitutional. It is known, that in general 18% electors voted for the parties and blocks, which did not overcome 4% barrier on 2002 parliamentary elections. It means that approximately 5 million Ukrainian citizens were not politically represented in the Verchovna Rada of Ukraine.
