The potent Internet-holdings, which master developed interactive elements and web-resources of Ukrainian cities and regions, may effectively fulfill the role of such informational sites. The Institute of Society Transformation (IST) possesses and manages such Internet-holding, which comprise 37 websites (including 28 sites, which are dedicated to Ukrainian cities). |
