The Central electoral committee announced the results of counting of 71,8% of the prepared protocols.
What conclusions may be drawn?
Firstly, the results of counting of votes in the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine factually verify the total and uncompromising usage of administrative pressure and criminal elements by the ruling regime. We may express an opinion that the extents of falsifications will be the greatest in these regions, they were out of the control of the opposition.
Secondly, taking into consideration the usage of the mass mechanisms and administrative pressure, the regime could not force its way in the Central Ukraine or Western Ukraine.
Thirdly, the regime does not control nor Western, neither Central or Northern Ukraine.
Fourthly, the regime lost Kyiv, where the gap between Yuschenko and Yanukovych increased in comparison with the first round. Above all the capital expressed its entire unacceptability of Yanukovych in the capacity of the future President. It is extraordinary important, because the future of any state depends on the capital of the state..
