| The Central electoral commission is guarded by 100 drunk volunteers and 30 buses of the armed forces personnel |
Approximately 100 men approached at 00:10 the building of the Central electoral commission from the different boroughs of Kyiv to support public order.
They wear black arm-bands, where the words “Public order protection” are written.
According to their words they have come to the Central electoral commission voluntarily to provide public order. The volunteers stand gathered in small groups, some of them are in a state of intoxication.
At the same time, the militia has concentrated considerable forces at the building of the Central electoral commission.
The tented lorries and buses with the armed forces personnel approached the building of the Central electoral commission during the evening.
