| Why does the Central electoral commission conceal the information about the process of voting in Ukraine? |
The figure of the quantity of the territorial electoral constituencies, which have given the information about the activity of electors equaled to 201. This information had been received by the CEC by 20:00, October, 31, 2004
This figure remains unchangeable by 6:15 of November, 1. The CEC has not announced information about the amount of people, who voted within 24 teritorial constituencies. The data of these 24 constituencies are still absent in the table at CEC site.
Why is this information absent? Do these territorial electoral constituencies belong to the reserve of the ruling regime, where the mass falsification will be carried out if V.Yanukovych is defeated by V. Yuschenko? Why has not the chairman of the CEC issued the order t opublish the list of these constituencies? Why are these data concealed? Why are the opposition and international observes keeping silence? Why is nobody raising the alarm?
It is necessary to immediately announce the information about the voting in 24 territorial constituencies: the list of constituencies, the surnames of the heads and deputy heads and also the list of governors.
