| Severinsen: it is early to put a question about the sanctions relative to Ukraine |
| The reader of the supplementary report of the monitoring committee of the Parliamentary assembly of the Council of Europe Khanne Sevirinsen believes that it is early to put a question about the sanctions relative to Ukraine taking into the consideration the results of presidential elections. She announced this to the 5th channel. Severinsen declared that Ukraine must correspond to all standards of the Council of Ukraine. Before drawing conclusions it is necessary to wait for 3 weeks (the second tour of the elections), she assumes. The reader of the supplementary paper admitted that the results of the anonymous exit-poll were curious. She also finds interesting the discrepancy between the results and the preliminary data, announced by the Central electoral commission. “We hope such situation would not lead to falsification. We believe that our observes will inform us about similar cases. I was in Mukachevo and I know that it is necessary to thoroughly observe during the elections and after them, Severinsen noted. |
