| On March 2, 2004 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered draft law "On meetings, rallies, processions and demonstrations", which was submitted by the President of Ukraine. In this connection some questions have arisen. What caused appearance of such a law, which absolute necessity induced to develop it? Probably, the matter of carrying out mass activities hasn’t been regulated in our legislation yet or creates problems in life of Ukrainian society? There can be only one answer to such questions: there have been any objective reasons to work out and accept such a law. |
